The apartment has air conditioning and heating in every room, as well as an elevator. For those traveling with children, a crib is available. The accommodation is on the second and top floor of an elegant building in the historic center, directly opposite Castel Vecchio and the Arco dei Gavi, just a 5-minute walk from Piazza Brà. The space, recently renovated, is spread over two levels and combines period furnishings with modern design elements. Public transport is nearby. One pet is allowed. Events are not permitted. Other guests in the building wish for a peaceful stay, so please keep noise to a minimum, especially during night and afternoon hours. Please close windows and the door when leaving the apartment. Covered parking in a closed garage is available upon request at the time of booking and for an extra fee. If the kitchen, pots, dishes, and glasses are not cleaned, a penalty may be applied. Check-in time must be arranged before arrival, as we are not present at the property. Check-in outside the standard hours of 15:00 - 19:00 is not guaranteed unless agreed upon at booking; for arrivals outside these hours or for delays over 1 hour not communicated in advance, an extra fee may apply.
